The UK Policy Governance® Association (UKPGA)

UKPGA was originally established as the UK Policy Governance Group in October 2005, and subsequently incorporated as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee in April 2006. The association is principally concerned with promoting owner-accountable, ethical and effective governance using the Policy Governance model.


The UKPGA is a wholly independent organization and is governed by a board comprised entirely of ‘non-executive’ directors – Richard Baker, Caroline Oliver (Chair), Valerie Moore , Vijay Mistri , Ray Tooley and Susan Rogers.
